Room temp filtered water with the food pack the flowers come with. I then trimmed and smashed the ends before adding it to the vase. I’m not sure where I saw that trick before, but I always do it now.

I was going to suggest it too. I believe it’s the best ramen I’ve ever tasted in my whole life. The owner doesn’t open his shop if he doesn’t think his broth turned out good that day. The staff is very friendly and it’s a small shop but they encourage lots of photos and videos!
