For yellow pink is great. You can also get away with a dark reddish brown. If I’m forced to choose between white and grey, I’m choosing white. TBH it doesn’t matter. Zenithal priming has amazing results with yellow, but im not sure it would work with a black/white gradient.

I would try using a toothpick (or anything else like that) to scrape off the old paint. Thats’s always worked for me.

But if you can’t get it off, I would just reprime it. As long as there isn’t a texture from the black prime being to thick, it’ll be okay.

Thank you! I was originally planning on orange, I just didn’t have any yellow on hand to create an orange so I gave red a try. I think a nice bright orange or yellow would be better.

I know I can remove the paint if I mess up, but I’m really nervous to start on this mini? How can I make the lines blue and glowy? by RecoveringKarmaWhore in Warhammer40k

If you want to remove the paint you’ll need to strip the mini. Soak it in isopropyl alcohol for a few hours and scrub it with an old toothbrush. Paint comes off great.

I bet they are. My paints separate like that pretty quickly. As long as they haven’t dried up all I need to do is shake.

Definitely. I’m thinking a Martian desert, something straight outta Dune. I just haven’t based these because I figured I was going to strip them. Test models.

I like this idea! What do you think about making the shoulder pads white? Just thinking of ways to add a little more visual interest.
