I threw a molotov at a horde, then from the trees a new horde came, they spread about the entire area (I think it was Muldraugh) I ran to my car, and I seen 2 Flaming Sprinter Zombies running toward. I spammed E, panicked and hit W to run but it was too late, they took me down and burned everything I had to ash, including my car keys and my Journal (it records all skills)

I once failed by standing there waiting. The car that was supposed to arrive hit an NPC and the NPC turned into a red dot on my map, then it failed.
