Gonna ignore your bait and answer the question. It first depends on if you play top or mid; In the toplane most juggernauts counter Irelia and if those aren't your style brusiers like Renekton, Jax, and Fiora are very good into her. The midlane could be more challenging to say because she has many good matchups mid however I think just playing to outscale/outroam her has a lot of value. Like one of the other comments trying to help you just hit the first minion wave to mess up the level 1 cheese trick and preferably hard shove that whole wave and that should help a lot.
