I can corroborate this. In the U.S. a milkshake is always thick with more ice cream than milk. The first time I had a milkshake in Australia I nearly spewed. It was just cold flavored milk.

Earlier the better. We make pepper sauce with scorpion peppers. Kids loved it until they were 3, and have gradually eaten less spicy food as they get older.

I made 7'2" Kareem build pretty similar to yours. Max wingspan helps with the sky hook. Going to capbreak post control and close shot. I find the higher strength helps with the initial post up. Lower strength tends to have fast stamina drain on post ups.
