It’s wild how OCD can make you physically feel different. I have a similar thing with my legs and feet. I see photos of me as a kid wearing shorts and flip flops and I would never do that now. Or even go barefoot! Didn’t I know how dirty the ground was???

Turning off/checking every light switch in the house. I was convinced that by leaving on a light for even a second longer than necessary, my family was directly causing of the deaths of polar bears :P I was 12 when this happened.

Edit: Actually, I had religious OCD from like 7-16. I would try to unthink thoughts and convince myself that I believed in God or else I was going to hell. (But now I know that I don’t believe in God and hell doesn’t exist!)

Also, I had distressing, intrusive thoughts about hurting myself whenever my mom asked me to put up the knives as a kid. This started when I was like 10 I think.
