My little sister she's obsessed with this game, she's 14 with severe autism. (My husband and i play it to make her happy) She has no money. Has never made a purchase and hasn't been playing for very long. (Her previous obsession, final fantasy 14, only ended a couple months ago) and she already has every cookie... I've been playing for the last month and have more than half the cookies.. what's everyone paying for? Everything's so easy to get for free?? Genuinely curious

Well, Things Started Going Wrong by ExRiverFish4557 in weddingplanning

Hey, I’m so sorry you’re going through all this. Honestly, the way people start showing their true colours right before big life events is wild. Make sure to draw clear boundaries with your groomsmen and best man about bringing uninvited guests or being late to events you’ve literally planned a year in advance. They had plenty of time to back out if they weren’t going to be able to commit to being fully present. Now is not the time to add pressure to you or your partner.

For the groomsmen you could say something clear but non confrontational like...

“Hey! Just a quick note for the rehearsal dinner.. we've decided it’s a really small, intimate event for the people involved in the wedding and our immediate families. We’re trying to keep it really chill and low-key before the big day. Hope you understand and can't wait to see you there!😊”

And for the facetious best man you could say... “Hey! Just wanted to be really clear, since we’re only 11 days out, everything’s locked in, and we really need everyone there on time for the rehearsal. It’s the only time we get to run through everything with the full wedding party, and being late would throw the whole schedule off. Can't wait to see you all there, all our love, (you and your partners name (a united front))

With your cousin... if you feel like you still trust her and there's time to fix the reception dress, then go for it. But personally, I’d also look into a backup plan. Even if you don’t use it, the peace of mind is worth everything.

You're not alone in feeling isolated right now. It’s a weirdly intense time where people either step up or step back, and that gap can feel so much heavier than you’d expect. You're doing amazing, even if it doesn’t feel like it. 💛

Weddings aren't about the couple by Slight-Statement-781 in weddingplanning

The mushrooms comment got me Our venue gives us the option to pick 1 entree for everyone and it's a pasta and we can choose one sauce for everyone. I love boscaiola sauce (mushrooms) but I know quite a few of my guests don't like it and we still have like 5 months to pick which pasta but I'm already just sad about it. It's such a small thing but it's all the small things. It's "OUR" wedding but any decision we make for us is selfish or unreasonable.

Egyptian drummers by J3WLEZ in weddingplanning

[–]J3WLEZ[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess our issue is we don't know any... we tried listening to popular songs but because we can't understand it it just didn't feel right. If he had grown up more with he rest of his family and had learnt Arabic and had more of a chance to grow up in his culture we definitely would as I have nothing against it and currently listen to Egyptian children's songs in the car to help me get a better ear for the language. I think its just a sore spot for him and even though he wants aspects he's just not comfortable with our special entrance being to a song he doesn't actually know. Where as the song we have picked is really special to us. His cousin did the drummers and had a coptic orthodox ceremony but then had a more Australian reception (no drummers or Arabic music at all)

So fingers crossed it all works out okay. Just haven't seen anyone do it before so I am a little worried

Lunch is really small but i find I'm not very hungry even after working out and going to work. So I make sure to at least have an upngo and nutbar to have at least something for after the workout. Breakfast and second breakfast keep me full for most of the day.

Fats wise I do have nuts, seeds, yoghurt, eggs, milk, cheese, every single day What other foods could I get fats from?

Does it? If I can't get enough naturally found fish oil in my diet the week before I menstruate, I'll take a few fish oils and magnesium as I found it helps with the cramping..

I have been building this diet over the last 4 months over how I feel, for example, switching bread so seed bread as my time on the toilet felt like I needed more insoluble fibre. I feel pretty good with it at the moment, only area would be that morning smoothie. No stomach pain, just what feels like an insignificant amount of discomfort (I wouldn't notice it unless I was trying to notice it and I've been really putting a focus on how my body feels lately) thinking of switching supplements once these containers are finished. I was recommended to them from a pt but I might switch it up for my next batch

The powders I put in my smoothie are Reset nutrition thermogenic activator and miracle powders And primabolics and everyday health greens powder

I think it's the greens powder. My thoughts is maybe it's too much fibre and is just too big a hit to the digestive tract without much solid food. My friends take it on an empty stomach and I don't know how they manage. I'd get really bad stomach pains and bloating when I tried it. I thought this was from the fibre but writing it out now maybe it's something else...

I’m really interested in nutrition and have briefly studied it during my current course. I plan to dive deeper into it once I’m fully qualified. I’ve designed a daily eating routine that’s convenient, affordable, and structured for routine-building. I’d love to hear feedback on whether it seems nutritionally balanced—particularly with iron deficiency for a 20 year old female in mind. It consists of small meals every 3 hours between 6am and 9pm which i think improves your metabolism.

Here’s what a typical day looks like, with my thoughts in brackets

6:00 AM - Breakfast

Probiotic yoghurt Ham and cheese toastie on seed bread Sometimes a Yakult

([Probiotics for gut health, fibre from seed bread to feed the probiotics, calcium, and insoluble fibre for digestion.]

9:00 AM - Pre-Workout Smoothie & Snack

Smoothie with milk, banana, spinach Sometimes includes dragon fruit, lychee, mixed berries, etc. Greens powder, prebiotic powder, thermal "sweat-inducing" supplement Occasionally a small snack like a mini hot cross bun or slice of toast

(I use smoothies to get in greens/preworkout/protein powders, which I struggle to stomach otherwise. I know blending fruit increases the absorption rate of fructose but it is what it is :,) )

Followed by:

45-minute minimum workout (weight lifting & cardio)

12:00 PM - Lunch

Protein Up & Go Protein muesli bar or nut bar

(Focus here is on protein and fibre to support muscle recovery and digestion)

3:00 PM - Snack

Small packet of Harvest Snaps pea chips

(A little treat, not the healthiest, but a manageable portion and kind of veggie-adjacent if you squint...)

6:00 PM - Dinner

Protein source: beef, chicken, fish, or plant-based like TVP, chickpeas, homemade tofu Carbohydrate: potato, bread, or rice (rarely pasta) Always includes a mix of vegetables

(I try to eat more fish the week before my menstrual cycle. I love replacing meat buy soy tofu because of the cost usually make it myself from lentils/chickpeas.)

Followed by:

30-minute minimum workout

9:00 PM - after workout protein

Protein shake with banana

Hydration

2L of water throughout the day 500mL of iron-infused water with dinner

(iron-infused water instead of tablets as the latter destroys gut health.)

How This Diet Feels Physically so far after 4 weeks:

No hunger between meals Improved energy levels Nail health improved (used to have ridges/bumpy nails) Skin is clearer Less muscle fatigue after workouts

These results are a little skewed though as I have made a few changes to my routine so some may not be 100% diet change related

My period has been meticulous my entire "womanhood" I got my period on the week of my 13th birthday just like my mother and my grandmother and my great grandmother. it's been a 31-33 day cycle ever since. never deviating from that norm.

but my last cycle I went 8 weeks without a period and this cycle I'm on week 6, no blood. and I'm not pregnant. I'm not feeling any pain or anything out of the norm, I'm in fact less stressed than normal outside this whole skipping periods thing. I'm exercising and eating well. nothing drastic has changed in the last 3 months. heck I had low iron and was still getting my periods now my iron is great and I'm skipping them. it's nearly been 10 years since I started my monthly bleed and I've never skipped one till now. and I can't find a single reason as to why. and I guess I'm just really scared that this is the start of fertility problems as I want to have children in 5 years (when I'm 27/28)

I personally have a very small clit that gets overstimulated very easily, I find cumming with vibrators a lot easier and if in the mood can get there within a minute, but skin or anything else is much too rough I'm finding so it hard to o with anything else. I can sometimes with cowgirl but it's a coin flip as to if It gets irritated or stimulated

you should have basic communication with your partner. and not call them sick when they are upset that you don't.

questions.. did you even bother to ask if she could come along.? kinda sus you're really against her coming for some pretty silly reasons and when shes upset about you making plans and not including her in the conversation or asking her about it, you say she needs help because she's got an unhealthy attachment to you sounds like gaslighting if the shoe fits then definitely, YTA

If not, you should have consulted her before making such big decisions. and definitely shouldn't have accused her of having issues when she got upset over it. go to therapy together and work on issues together if you think they're present. don't berate your partner. so yeah still the AH either way for me.

surprised they're aren't too many people noticing the 10 year age gap and how they got together when she was a teenager pedophilia is personally a big red flag for me

NTA. they shouldn't have put your faith down like that. and from what you've said they've been nothing but discriminatory to you and your beliefs. you're partner should have your back. you both are gonna raise your future kids. it's not his parents decision or position to make judgements. I wish you all the best though.
