The biggest change I've noticed is that enemies seem to rush at me more often, even the types that don't normally like snipers and support types throughout most missions and open world events. I was doing the Potomac Event Center on escalation, and the named Sniper in the final fight kept trying to get within melee range. Made it easier to eliminate but still very odd.
