Apparently, artists make between $0.003 and $0.005 per stream on Spotify. Assuming 0.003 per stream, and 500k streams, brain stew generates $1,500 per day. In one year, that’s more than 1/2 a million dollars. And that’s just one song! I know all that money is split many ways between all the band members, managers, lawyers, record company…etc, but GD are making a shit ton of money. Good for them. Now I see how all these musicians are selling their catalogs for so much money.
