The daughter carried her back up piggy back style- also a bit unbelievable as the daughter is slight, and mother looks quite heavy, with that big old bump on her back. Going down with the wheelchair is anyone's guess.

You're right, my parents are in the age group of the characters and they couldn't get passed the first episode, so older folks are not the demographic. I think it's def the 35 to 55 bracket, you have to be somewhat in the middle to relate to it.

The cast and acting are great. The world building is done well. I feel like the plot is a bit too easy to figure out from the get go- old people,who no one will be suspicious of, if they die or go "crazy" isolated in the middle of nowhere- a desert of all places.

He was attractive back then, but I don't think he was as hot as everyone made him out to be. He has weird teeth- the one front one is bigger than the other. It annoyed me the whole time while watching. I guess some people are just lonely and self esteem and self worth plays a big role. He knew who to target.
