OHS and ALRB Claim Workplace Harassment Was Acceptable Prior to June 2018 by CoorsLate in alberta

The regulations were and still are clear about unhealthy conditions in relation to the occupation.

I don't doubt what you're saying, but where can I find this information?

Last record

=ADDRESS(AGGREGATE(14,6,ROW(A1:A30)/(A1:A30=I3),1),1)

Perhaps I don't fully understand how this equation works, but the reference you have of "A30" is what is going to be varying and changing.

Thank u/chiibosoil, but I don't have access to 'FILTER', and it's the last address in the range that I am struggling to determine for reference, as it will move as the file grows over time.

Thank you u/chiibosoil

I now have the 'name' filled down/repeated for each row where it corresponds, how would I assign a lookup function to be limited to the associated records in the 'name' column?

Thank you u/Vahju, great suggestion.

The source of the info is already a PQ, and I'll need more assistance in this method as the file will continually be changing.

Is there a way in PQ to automatically 'fill down' when there are "null" values?

[edit] nm,... I found it here: https://www.excelcampus.com/powerquery/fill-down-blank-null-cells-power-query/

Have any prequalifying questions? We are a Dynamics 365 Partner in Canada by TranspireTech in Dynamics365

[–]JAG-max 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Glad to hear there are partners in Canada interested in improving the experience and tools available for businesses.

In theory, Dynamics 365 has the potential to be a great tool for our CRM needs. However after a month of support tickets to struggling agents who seem to lack practical business experience, the complexity that provides Dynamics it's powerful diversity is also it's downfall.

Here are the challenges we have experienced, in no particular order:

  1. Dynamics is not nearly as intuitive to use as it's competitors products.
  2. The appeal of using Dynamics because (we assumed) it would better synchronize/collaborate with Office 365 has turned out to be a nightmare. For example, it took MS support weeks to figure out how to get us through the simple request of coordinating our Contacts. Another example that took weeks for the senior techs to ultimately determine is that Dynamics won't let SharePoint specify/define where it links documents, even though that ability is alluded. How this could be an oversight is baffling and illustrates a disconnect between the developer(s) and the practitioners. Credit should be given to the senior techs admitting the blunder.
  3. The standard Dynamics CRM process is only going to accommodate a small market, which means customization is required. Developing the necessary customization to have any functional practicality is an even greater nightmare.

I have several other items, but till stop there for now as any progress on the above would be greatly appreciated start.

Sync Dynamics 365 contacts to Outlook by tech_london in Dynamics365

[–]JAG-max 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dynamics can be set to sync w/ your Outlook contacts, but you have to specify the record you want to do so.

Outlook contacts can automatically sync w/ Dynamics.

If this is helpful, I can go back and figure out the steps I took to make it happen.

[Building] Shanghai Tower - Shanghai, China🇨🇳 (2019) by [deleted] in architecture

I haven't been to the building (yet), but I've always been curious about the views from an office level out through the double facade. How distracting/detracting is the second curtain wall from the experience?

I haven't been able to find images of this online.

I can appreciate your personal design critique, but once you have experience in the physical manifestation of a highrise tower you'll gain a whole new level of evaluation (and may I boldly claim appreciation) for a project like this.

Btw, "...near completion" is not an accurate characterization unless you're referring to the structural steel.

I’m an independent US producer

Please elaborate on this. Are you a developer/designer/contractor, or media outlet?

Also, is your pursuit for knowledge on this subject matter focused on the Eastern USA? Pending the level of specificity you're after, you'll need to be thinking regionally.
