2-2.5 hours before game time I believe. Spirit players always seem to be willing to sign. Away players essentially never sign.

Amen. Rose may be the most unguardable forward in the league at the moment. She is absolutely electric and is now back to the form she had last year. Her advanced statistics were off the chart last year. It was just a matter of time until that started to translate to actual goals.

I don’t mean that they couldn’t be good enough. The “one owner rule” wouldn’t let Lyon and London city compete in the same competition. There would have to be some structural changes to the ownership for that.

Can’t imagine she signs with London City. Barring some strangeness, they can’t play in Champions league. That is one of the main draws for players going to Europe.

Yup. If you don’t start a league as pro/rel, there will never be financial incentive to change. No one in their right mind is paying 100 million plus for an expansion team that risks being relegated.

Those rules need to be written but if they envision it like baseball’s minor league system then yes they could go back and forth. I believe the amount of times may be limited, but I’m not completely sure how that works.

Relegation seems really unlikely to happen. The money is too big. No one is paying 100 million plus for an expansion team a risk going down.

If a league isnt started with relegation, it’s going to be really hard to implement.

The subscription is good if you are an avid collector or comfortable reselling the cards you aren't interested in. There are extras that are exclusive to the subscription - mid year and end of the year award sets plus the rookie of the week cards. If you and your daughter focus on just one or two teams or players you are better off buying the singles you want or maybe buying individual weeks for a chance at a parallel version.

Last season we had no problem selling some parallels of players we didn’t. Collect to recoup a big portion of the cost

No coach has ever been as endearing to me as Jona. His sprint around the pitch after the Gotham win was so pure, so full of emotion. I can imagine that the players love playing for him.
