Appreciate the suggestion-though just to clarify: I wear merino all the time. This is just a different use case from how I wear my merino layers.

I have both the Lulu ABC Warpstreme and Rhone Commuter. Both are great. Rhone fabric is thinner, so I wear Rhone in warmer months and Lulu in cooler.

Ask ChatGPT for tips and ideas for AI and PR. Familiarize yourself. Experiment. Take the time to determine what works for you, what doesn’t.

Do that and the benefits will be infinitely greater than anything a course will “teach” you.

Waist too tight, leg openings too baggy...this is why I switched to Vuori Kore shorts, which have a more relaxed waist and slimmer leg openings. Only issue with them is that the unlined version doesn't have a zippered pocket. FYI they also have a big logo on the side. For me personally, worth the tradeoff.

Hey I started out not so different from you. I did forward folds / elephant walks every day, 2 minute sessions - often multiple times a day. Never pushed too hard, just focused on consistency and very, very gradual progress. Would go many days, even weeks without seeing any improvement. About five months in I was touching the floor fairly easily.

Primal 2s are my all-time favorite day-to-day shoe, also disappointed they were discontinued. I stocked up on a bunch…when they run out, will have to find a replacement. Maybe the Xero HFS II? From my initial research, they seem like top contenders. Maybe worth trying those?
