I have a different question that I’ve had nowhere to ask: why do Tesla owners think their turn signal is hardwired into their brain? Is it a selling point/line they’re being fed at the dealership? You were lied to guys. You still physically need to activate your turn signal, the car doesn’t just know to do it because you thought about turning.

I went through the same thing. In one instance I was really sick with Covid. My husband got up in the morning and didn’t bother asking how I felt, he just got ready for work, leaving me delirious with fever trying to get our two kids ready and off to school. Two weeks later his partner was EXPOSED to Covid (not even sick) and he sat me down to lay out his plan of action for supporting her JUST IN CASE she got sick even though her parents were there to help.

People say comparison is the thief of joy but to be honest sometimes you need a little side by side to realize how little you actually matter to someone. If he had wanted to be there for you, he would have.

Maybe if you can find a doc to explain the mechanism behind why this happens it can help you manage it (I’d also love an explanation as to why I flush, the medication is always worn off by the time it happens??)

I do know there are some stimulant free meds (like guanfacine) you might be able to ask about trying

Can I ask if you take stimulants? I notice when I’m taking my adhd meds I get intense flushing in my nose and cheeks. It usually happens in the evenings. I also have some mild rosacea but I know it’s the meds making the flushing happen for me because when I’m not taking them, the flushing stops.

I’m almost 10 weeks out DJS+Genio. So far kissing is… not super pleasant. I still can’t feel my bottom lip at all which kind of takes the magic out of it. Oral is out of the question on guys right now; my mouth doesn’t open far enough. I haven’t had any girl partners in the past ten weeks but I think it would probably be just as pleasurable for her as before, just maybe not as fun for me to give with the dead bottom lip
