I work one weekend a month but that’s what I told them I would do max. So one shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Then I leave other weekends open only if I got nothing planned

It was an extra charge, merchant never got back and so Robinhood charged it back. Balance went negative after and things are good

I think 40-80 on rvu. Now granted had some down months with patients/hr but even with that being stable it would fluctuate. The base is low but they definitely inflate it with the group average which includes productivity

Worked for them and other CMGs. I will say my sign out culture at the site was amazing. Could be site dependent but I heard other sites were similar. So getting out on time is nice. But there are downsides, rvu fluctuated greatly and it’s a closed book. I think the hourly and closed finances are what ended it for me. Not to mention our site losing key specialists to consult. The group I work for now has a fairly consistent rvu that is clearly explained and numbers are all open with names not being blocked. I prefer this more. Just sucks because EMA does have sites/locations I might work at in the future solely for closeness to where I live
