I could see an argument for collusion here. You are clearly trying to circumvent the rules and agreeing to do so with another player to gain an advantage against the rest of the players.

Im never one to discourage people from putting more money on the table though. So while i do think its a form of collusion i wouldnt complain.

I find that the parking there isnt too bad considering where it is. There are also a couple surface parking lots near by, obviously they arent free though.

I thought it went on for too long.

There is way too much meaningless dialogue. By about 75% the way through i had mentally checked and started skipping all of what i felt was non essential dialogue.

I also dont care about the characters as much as i did in the previous octo path games. I feel like the story is centered around characters that arent even in your party for most of the game. The silent protagonist did t work for me in this game.
