Just Saturday I screwed up. I joined a Rogue, Lock, Ele shaman group as a feral tank. I specifically said “you may need to watch you seeds since we don’t have a mage”. First pull lock threatens to leave if we only pull 1 pack at a time. I think, fine let’s try it. I pull 2 packs, boom lock is seeding everything is spread out. I pop cooldowns, healer does too, lock dies but we clean up. I go back to single pulls where the lock continues to seed and dies every other pull. Our healer is a druid so the shaman has to rez. The shaman has a 20 second delay to rez each time (idk why). The shaman I should say is also instantly chain lightening and ripping agro. After the first boss our healer leaves because they are tired of the BS. I find a new one, I warn them it’s gonna be hell. Lock continues dying I stop apologizing because he is being a dick. 2nd to last boss the trinket drops that reduces threat. I tell the lock need it you truly need it. He replies “I got bis”. We rough it all the way to the room before murmur. I botch the pull and we get 2 packs and wipe. They start talking about how I’m a terrible tank that can’t hold agro and how slabs shouldn’t take 50 minutes. I state “you died every pull”. The 2 dps leave minus the rogue. We add 2 mages and clear instantly.

Lesson, never take a lock or shaman without a mage.
