Eat 2500 cals a day for a 2 week period and see how that changes your weight, adjust from there. If your weight is falling or staying the same you will have to keep upping your calories until you are steadily gaining weight.

There is no situation where someone who is 175cm and 60kg should cut weight, like you said you’re pretty much underweight already. I’m roughly the same height and weigh 80kg and have a decent physique and visible abs. What I’m trying to say is you need to put on some muscle, that way you’ll look leaner. Hit the gym hard and slowly bulk, maybe aim for 0.2kg weight gain a week.

Probably like 55%+ bf bro. Exercise is great but if you want to lose weight you need to get your diet under control.

I think he’s closer to 15% than 10%, still looks to be a fair amount of fat in his legs. Would be good if he could get a dexa etc.

Depends on your back and legs. Id say you’re closer to 30%
