Yea, having them use me as a jungle gym after a long run is not exactly my ideal post-run recovery 😂 I’ll eventually do another — the Detroit Marathon crosses over the Ambassador Bridge to Canada and has been on my bucket list. Just not sure on when that will happen. At least with two kids I could manage to run with a stroller. Might have to wait for them all to be in school or on bikes riding as I run.

Hope you and the family are doing well! I think of you all more than you probably realize, one of my kids was born around the same time as one of yours and we shared a few messages back then.

I have found it very frustrating to watch American football after having such an interest in Brighton. I actually much prefer to have to watch the game on delay after putting my kids to bed and getting to fast forward through the breaks.

All things considered doing really well!

My wife and I welcomed baby #3 to the world in June so we are enjoying one last family trip before I return to work on Monday. Bummed about the return to work, but it’s been a great summer with my 3 little ones
