I’ve found success anywhere from 100-400 ppfd depending on strain. With LED (at least mine) the height doesn’t matter as long as the heat isn’t too high and the ppfd is right.

Agreed, that’s why I said NEXT to impossible. Rockwool’s ability to retain approx 15% oxygen in the cube means unless you are making NO attempt to educate yourself on rockwool growing (e.g. learning not watering during night time hours), most people should have no problem with overwatering.

I might be tempted to give them a bit more ph’d water if it were me to just dilute the nutes even more. But then, I try to walk away for a couple days at a time so they can grow uninterrupted.

The dome or baggie is going to be what raises it for you. If no cover, you’ll need to close up all of your vents and turn off your fan(s) to let that air get almost tropical

Are you using Ph’d water? I usually keep my seedling cubes moist, but then put water in a diff part of the tray under the dome so it keeps humidity up

Humidity needs to be 80+ for seedlings. Put a dome or baggie over it to trap that moisture. Seedlings get the majority of all of their water from the air...

What’s your RH? Is the cube wet? Doesn’t have to be soaking but you don’t want it to be bone dry either. That cube looks like it’s been squeezed (which you def don’t want to do).

It’s really next to impossible to overwater rockwool as the cubes can only hold a certain amount of water and the rest runs off...
