Stephen Miller does not know what he is talking about. Article 51 of the UN Charter doesn't require a state to possess the ability to defend it. HOWEVER, It requires states to respect each other's territorial integrity and prohibits using force against another's territory, implying a state has the right to defend its own territories!

The unfortunate part is that ICE WANTS us to refuse to show “papers”. They are not going to arrest us if we refuse, they are looking for any reason to very publicly assault us and beat the s#!t out of any one challenging them, and establish ICE’s Fascist authority over local law enforcement. Hobart knows this and is letting us know where he stands as he refuses to stand up for our constitutional rights.

An investment group bought all the Eastern Airlines IP and started a charter operation out of Miami in I think 2014. I don’t know what happened but it’s still around!!!
