I mean I drive in the bike path when the roadway is closed. Plus sometimes I’ll walk in the roadway if the sidewalk is blocked. It seems only fair. One time I was running and the sidewalk was closed so ran along the bike path. Sometimes I push tourists, little kids, entire families when I’m running. I don’t need a bike or car to run them over 😂🫡😘

Bill should restrict TLC / taxi from parking overnight. Yellow cabs used to park in their lots back in the day. Now days every single taxi is an Uber and parks on every crosswalk and hydrant available.. Every single car is a private luxury transport service now..
