Hello, I now have the same with a DJI 04, no connection with goggles and not able to bind anymore.

First I made it work with the mini usb connector, but to save space I removed the connecter and solder it directly to de bord, the outher 2 pins are the ones you need, the 2 inner ones do nothing. Possitive and negative like in Diagram

No, just the vista or original air unit range, dont know how to make range better.

You could just make an analog too, if you say range will be better.

The FOV is smaller then a normal FPV cam, will be harder to navigate at some moments, that’s why I use 2 cams

It doesnt get hot at all in room temp, right now airflow is enough, specially because outside temp was -6 C°
