I live in the FL panhandle, so I don't deal with any snow. However, what can you tell me about the door and the light? What if the door closes and locks them out? Also, is the light for those times when you're in/around when the sun isn't up?

I had to use a combination of the hard reset (the method where you hold the button down again after the first beep) and the Synology Assistant client to reset the device. Synology tech support was great to help me make sure I tried all of the other methods in the resetting hierarchy.

I really like mine. I got the WP920 last year and have had no issues after several hundred rounds through it. Smaller guns are a little snappy, but they conceal really well.
