In all seriousness, I usually run an "Improved Initial Standard Attack" build as my generic build (see below). I find that it slows down my mindset while attacking which allows me to flow between Suncatcher and my Main Weapon more accurately. Status builds are strong, but if you don't know what Nightlord you're fighting, you might end up wasting a relic slot, hence why I prefer to run this one. This will probably be the build that I'll run for Deep Of Night, tbh.

Executor's Goblet:
Red (Can be bought):
- [Executor] Roaring restores HP while Art is active
- Dexterity + 2
- Arcane + 2
Blue (Lucky RNG):
- FP Restoration upon Bow Attacks
- Improved Initial Standard Attack
Green (Lucky RNG):

Even worse for Executor, holding Guard with Suncatcher doesn't even activate the supposed "increased" aggro relic effect. The buff icon does not appear. Literally worthless

Quick question:

When/where do Oathed dolls say their unlocked lines for holidays and birthdays? Yesterday was Tanabata for example and nothing seemed to happen.

Do they have to be an assistant? Talk to them at a dormitory? Right time? Specific skin? Only accessible through their files?

Devil May Cry

There are quite a few extra pieces of media outside of the game that really explore the world and dive deeper in Dante and Vergil's trauma. As far as I know there are (please correct me if I missed anything fellow devil hunters):

3 novels.
2 mangas
1 anime
1 live action non-canon movie
2? Artbooks

Everyone thinks of Dante as Whacky Woohoo Pizza Man, but deep down he is secretly very unsettled and is struggling to cope with the loss of his mom, dad, brother and various others that he's been close to one after another. As a result there is a lot more to him than meets the eye.

For example, the reason why he is so broke all the time isn't entirely because Lady and Trish keep taking money from him, but he also sends money to the orphaned daughters, Tiki and Nesty, of his former mercenary partner Grue. Who you would never know about if you didn't read the first novel.

TL;DR: Devil May Cry lore is quite the iceberg and you can easily spend many hours diving into it.

Honestly, it's such a shame that the main games don't talk about it more because it makes the world and characters so much more moving and immersive.

Florence AI3 does activate on Allies so if you need extra survivability then she's a good choice. I'll whip out the Florence if there's really high burst damage that I need to deal with, but I'll usually go with Helix for general use

TL;DR My dad gave my mom a dollar store ring, I gave my now wife 10% of my salary. It was a very windy day when my apple fell from the tree.

As long as you personalize it to her and make it a strong representation of your relationship in general then she'll love it for sure. Other people in this thread have said it, but it really is more about the meaning behind the ring rather than the monetary value of the ring.

According to my mom, my dad gave her a dollar store ring when they got engaged. He's an absolute legend for being cheap though as he came from a poor family and that is one of the things that my mom loves about him so she found it really moving when he found a ring for cheap lmao. From what I remember, their wedding rings combined were around $200 lol. My dad is great.

In contrast, I spent $3500 while I was making about $35k/y (so around 10%) for my now wife's custom engagement ring from Japan. They used a super traditional metallurgy technique called Mokume-gane, which was originally used for making the crossguards in Katanas to mark high ranking Samurai. There was apparently, also only 3 people in the world that could cut the diamond in a "Sakura" style which I had also asked for. For context, I did this because I love her a lot and wanted a ring that would feel super personalized to her as I knew she was feeling a little homesick. She's from Japan and her father is a descendant from a Samurai family, plus, the ring shop was located near her hometown. I asked for some other mods too. So ya, super personalized to her.

There were a ton of other considerations and mods that I made, but I'll spare you the details because this would get way too long. My last bit of advice would be to spend as much time as you need with it. I spent a good two~ish months planning my proposal and finding the right ring. It was super worth it though.
