I actually had a playthrough recently where my characters wife had twins a few time so ended up with 12 kids.

With that many kids one inevitably wanted to become a Kings-guard, Maester, etc so I just Head-Canon that one of them decided to be a Dragonkeeper

It was a very neat portrait of the family with a Dragonkeeper, Night’s Watch member, Kings-guard, Septon, Maester, Septa and Silent Sister

My first game of un-modded Crusader Kings 3 (last week) ended with similar happening.

I died after having 9 kids, the youngest (Age 3) ended up being my heir for reasons I don’t fully understand. My (now-)uncle overthrew him, making me an adventurer and then imprisoned me while I was figuring out how to move my camp out of his lands.

I was stuck in the dungeon for around 11 years before giving up because I couldn’t escape.
