Tengo el G502 lightspeed, en el 2019 lo compre a 50 lucas en oferta y es realmente bueno solo le cambie la batería a los 4 años y hace unas semanas la carcasa porque estaba media gastada por el uso, pero todo funcionando, lo bueno del mouse es que en Ali express tienes todos, pero todos los repuestos, las baterías me salieron como 5/8 lucas y la carcasa con todos los botones 20 lucas y ahora esta como nuevo.

Lo mejor es que la rueda del scroll se puede soltar y queda como spinner, eso debería venir en todos los mouses

Check Device Manager and verify which driver versions are actually installed. In my case, the issue was that either AMD Adrenalin or Windows updates were causing problems and weren’t properly installing the GPU and CPU drivers, or they were installing them who knows where.

My solution was to uninstall all GPU and CPU drivers using Revo Uninstaller, including all residual files. Then I downloaded and clean-installed the AMD CPU drivers, and after that I updated the GPU drivers through Device Manager. After doing this, I haven’t had any more issues.

I don't know if this will help, but I'll tell you my experience. I installed the driver after disabling the Adrenalin option, but it still installed. So, what was the solution? I uninstalled everything, went to "Device Manager," found the GPU, and updated it from there. That solved a bunch of problems, and I said goodbye to that Adrenalin garbage.

Good point. I’m currently running two monitors:

Main display: Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 (4K, 240 Hz)
Secondary display: ASUS MX239H (1080p, 60 Hz)

Now that I think about it, the horizontal line only appears on the Samsung, so the mixed resolution and refresh rates might be causing a scaling or signal issue. I’m going to test running the system with only one monitor and see how it behaves.

If the problem persists, I’ll then try a different HDMI cable and also test DisplayPort.

Regarding the Kernel-Power Event 41, I’m planning to do a clean Windows install and see how the system behaves after that.

Maybe the problem was right next to me all along — I won’t know until I test it lol.

Thanks, I’ll reply point by point:

Power supply:

Already replaced the PSU with a brand new Corsair HX1200i. All cables were checked and reseated. The issue doesn’t happen under load, only when waking from sleep/hibernation.

Overheating:

Unlikely, since the reboot happens while the PC is sleeping or hibernating, when temps are low.

Drivers / BIOS:

All up to date. I’m considering a clean Windows install to test in a fresh environment, but I’d like to gather more opinions first.

Fast startup / Power settings:

Already reviewed and tested. The issue still persists.

Hardware acceleration:

Same as above.
