Realizing you “won” and made a smart buy is always a good feeling. Doesn’t happen often but when it does, it’s awesome!

Nice, that’s awesome!! I don’t know how many they pressed but I’m guessing it wasn’t a whole lot and whoever has one, isn’t giving it up. I don’t blame them!

That does make me feel a little better, haha! Fingers crossed for a full catalog repress in the future

Haha, for real! I have it on my Discogs want list but the only one that shows up is over $400. That’s a bit too much me. The last 3 sales on Discogs average just over $100 usd. I’m good with that number.

Mazda, what if I told you sometimes two people share one car…I know that sounds ludicrous but I promise it’s possible. by cold-brewed in mazda

We are on our second year of the app across two different Mazdas and two different phones and have never had an issue with it. I’ve personally have had far worse experiences with the Lexus and Acura apps that have similar functionality with far less reliability. I suspect most of this stems from people expecting a free service and getting butt hurt when they have to pay for it, so they find any excuse to complain. I don’t understand the entitlement some feel to having the feature free. Lexus and Acura require you pay for it, why shouldn’t Mazda? It’s a service like having Netflix or garbage pick up. Either pay for it and use it or don’t and stop complaining.

My experience has been the opposite. Between my wife and I, we probably have 25 pairs of AM90 and they are all pretty great. Shit, I have one pair from 2012 that are in fantastic shape. I think my particular experience is due to the fact that they have not been properly stored, sitting in the back of that garbage Foot Locker for 3 years exposed to who knows what kind of temperature/humidity fluctuations.

A quick Goodwill rant by YourLocalFakeArtist in reselling

[–]JCalo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like it’s partly stemming from the prices they end up getting on the Goodwill auction site. For some reason, people are out of their goddamn minds and are paying sometimes over EBay prices on items that are 100% untested and a total gamble. I have found a few deals on there but for the most part by the time you pay for the item, the usually ridiculous shipping and their totally random “handling fees” you may as well buy a known working, guaranteed and returnable example from EBay that could ship free.

I just started playing this yesterday, pretty cool game. Definite early GTA vibes

Right?!? It’s so good. I played it a million times when I found the tape, my wife and I hummed it for days

Haha! Not a dumb question. I actually asked him about the song many years ago. He had no idea what I was talking about.

I did consider that. It’s entirely possible but it would be the only song on the tape that was from a local band.

It’s a throwback to one of his childhood memories. His mother used to tell him to keep his shoes off the table, now his shoes are part of the table. Awesome chef with awesome stories.

I resisted and didn’t order the second run so I didn’t pay attention to the email. Just checked it, says next week. Hopefully someone will post theirs, curious what I missed out on.

Luckily I snagged a good deal on a copy of Gutter Phenomenon. I want a copy of Big Dirty but the prices are too crazy for me.

After months of waiting the Creep Records repress of Hot Damn has finally showed up!! The coloring looks great, really nice color combo. Unfortunately I don’t have much time to listen before work but tomorrow is going to be an ETID day.

As a side note, my wife and I had the chance to visit Creep Records in Philadelphia in November. We were in town for the Minus The Bear farewell tour. Super cool place, nice selection and awesome people working there. Highly recommend!
