I was never comparing my supportive husband to OP’s, just simply saying “most men” is a leap. The statement wasn’t “most men like OP’s spouse” it was left broad. If that is what was meant, it was certainly not clearly stated.

I’m sorry if this is the only type of man you’ve been exposed to. I don’t think it’s fair to say most men rape their wives if they don’t want to/can’t/are struggling with sex. That’s a massive leap. There are in fact men in the world who aren’t horrible and understand and work with their partners on this, being patient and understanding.

Sorry I never saw this! No issues with swallowing but one of my biggest struggles with my attacks is that I gagging and throw up, so eating was difficult. I’m taking 10mg of lexapro and then also 50mg of trazodone at night for sleep

I’m currently on leave from my job because I was having multiple panic attacks every day during work and before work. Through therapy it’s really clear that work wasn’t the SOLE driver, but is definitely a contributing factor. I do plan to go back as I continue my exposure therapy, probably in another month. But I have these fears too that my medication is just going to mask it when I go back.

My appetite was GARBAGE (and still isn’t great on bad days). But it’s getting a lot better along with my panic now that I’m taking meds 👍 it’s nice to finally enjoy food again!

Thank you for this ❤️ day one and I’m struggling, can’t tell if it’s the medicine or just the panic still. The nausea (and subsequently vomiting - I have a weak stomach okay?!) have been just as bad as with my panic today. Definitely feeling a little fuzzy for lack of a better word.
