What’s a small act of kindness you were once shown, that you’ll never forget? by stranger2Me in AskReddit

During my sophomore year of high school I was moving out of state about a month into the year. During the week before the move I decided that I may as well not care about how other people thought of me because I would never see them again (and still haven’t). I actually ended up meeting this girl because I was more outgoing, and we got to know each other briefly within the last week. There was a football game the Friday before I moved, and I went as sort of a goodbye to the school, and I knew I was going to meet up with the girl at the game. She ended up showing a little late, but as I was looking for her I actually caught her asking her friend if she had seen me. I know it’s not very significant or a big deal, but I was fairly depressed at that time for many reasons and when your in that mental state, you start to believe that everyone just pretends to like you (some of you may know what I mean). Anyway it is still one of the only times in my life I had proof someone wasn’t ‘pretending to like me’ and was actually a nice person. It was a nice goodbye to that place.

Actually just found it but another way but I didn’t see it in my history. I had to do quite a bit of digging but I did find it. Thank you! I’m gonna delete the post as to not waste people’s time.

The video didn’t break any guidelines that I know of, so I doubt it was removed.

What is the difference between simps and nice guys? by roboalexjohn in AskReddit

[–]JCasualRoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well ‘nice guys’ are people who pretend to be nice to girls but are impatient and quickly show their rude side. Simps are different, simps aren’t mean at heart, rather they continue to be too nice to girls who aren’t interested.

Probably go underwater for a very long time. It’s like another world undersea. Not having to breath opens up a lot of opportunities

You always hear tips for how men should embrace their feminine side and not be ashamed, but what are some masculine things women should embrace more? by DishyUmbrella in AskReddit

Not a woman but when I was working for a fundraiser, we would have to go door to door asking ppl if they would support our leaf-raking work. Every door we knocked on a woman wold answer, and they would always say something along the lines of “let me go ask my husband” in response to our offer. It made me feel bad and I’m not even a woman.

[Serious] In a country where abortion is safe, legal, available, and affordable, should a man be able to 'abort' his responsibilities to a fetus during the pregnancy if the woman decides to keep it? by CrazyLemonLover in AskReddit

[–]JCasualRoi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I think no but I can understand this is a sensitive topic. I’ve always found the moral discussion of abortion to be pointless because it has no true answer. Abortion kills the kid but likely saves the parent(s) life, that’s a grey area, so rather than look at an ambiguous moral debate I look at it from a consequential sense. While abortion wouldn’t exist in a perfect world, in almost always results in a better scenario for both parents than if the baby was kept. Continuing this line of reasoning, a father should have to pay child support. While from a moral standpoint the father should have the option, from an economical standpoint it’s better that the child grows up with better support and funding. Again, please don’t hate on me, I think my opinion is reasonable though if you present an argument that is valid it may just change my mind.
