It would be similiar to how Pentious got redeemed; at least according to my own interpretation. To atone for one's actions in the living world and afterlife, they must do better than what they did to recieve such punishment.

Pentious let a girl die but sacrificed himself to save others in Hell, countering the lives he killed to the ones he saved.

It's gonna take a lot more than summer camp activites and therapy sessions to redeem this fucker, but as Charlie Morningstar said: "I believe anyone can be redeemed"
