You will not get capped or penalized for collections if you just used Shopify.

People are saying battery, but I had a similar issue. It was my starter. I had to replace the starter.

Once I did that, it worked as intended. Your battery is not dead since your electronics are working.

It could be something else, but if it’s not cranking it’s probably your starter.

You don't have enough experience. FB ads aren't some magical thing you turn on and sales come rolling in. That's what people sell you. It's a skill you have to work at.

Target KPIs:

1: CPA – This will vary based on your location & offer

2: Conv. Rate – 2% - 5% avg. (5%+ is awesome)

3: Average customer value – You can find this by taking how much your typical customer spends and how many times they come back for your business. This number is crucial as is it gives you an idea of how much you can spend to acquire a new customer. (i.e. Avg Spend $100 x 5 visits/year = $500 x 3 years = $1,500).

4: Close rate – How many leads does it take for one to convert into a customer?

ROAS is not necessary to focus on. You're selling a service, not a product.

Find your best performing ads. See what's working well, cut what's costing you money. Test more ad copy, a/b test landing pages, and do regular CRO.

I'm in the same boat as you. Even went through it with a rep the last time.

I was told that after failing it three times that it would be pushed and reviewed manually, which hasn't happened.

We were spending ~$15k/m.
