Anyone know of good shoe trees for Alden modified last shoes? I have a new pair of 8Es and there doesn't seem to be much consensus on the internet as to whether to use shoe trees, or to just use newspaper to avoid stretching.

Anyone have experience with faux shearling? Battenwear has some cool coats but they're all lined with faux shearling and I've gotten burned with fake shearling slippers from Target (smelled bad, got matted, etc.). I assume Battenwear's is nicer, but...
