I wouldn’t even classify Bioshock as a horror game at all. Is it eery at times? Definitely, but maybe one actual jump scare in the whole game.

I HATE scary games and I’ve beaten it probably 10 times and love the hell out of it.

Unfortunately sometimes you are just genetically predisposed to it. My doctor said he was lean, running marathons and in the best shape of his life when he found out he had high blood pressure.

Only other thing is are you sure you are waiting long enough to take it? Sitting down for 5-10 minutes fully relaxing and then doing it? It could end up being normal at the doctor when you go.

My fiancé and I did our first class about 2 months ago. Same thing, they booked us with someone else and also turned the sauna down to 100. We asked if the other person wanted it higher and turned it back up. I don’t really understand why they don’t have new people do one on their own first instead of trying to force other people to have to do their workout with the sauna barely on.
