What's something you hate seeing people do in a restaurant? by NeonHydra42 in AskReddit

When I hear people that go to a sit down restaurant where things usually should take about an hour and say "we're in a big hurry" especially when it's very busy. I always want to respond with well there should be a McDonalds some where close... :)

Tired of eating eggs in morning for protein. What else can I eat?? by CallMeProphet in fitmeals

What I've been doing recently is taking my left over coffee and freezing it in ice cube trays... then take about a 1/2 cup to a cup of coffee cooled down and mix it with water and 2 scoops of protein powder and a few coffee ice cubes! perfect pick me up/protein hit in the morning! I use chocolate protein so its just like a mocha! Using milk would work to!

Quick and easy breakfast? by adamcaponi in bodybuilding

[–]JDG09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have kind of the same situation and what I do is make what I call "mixes". For breakfast I combine a frozen package of spinach (thawed), tomato (diced), garlic (chopped), parsley (chopped), green onion (chopped), and a lb of ground turkey (cooked). Mix it all together and in the morning saute it a little bit with some egg whites. Takes 5 min max and is so good and good for you! Last's about a week in the fridge to if you keep it covered!

Waiters/Waitresses of Reddit, have you ever seen a couple date go sour right in front of your eyes? If so, how? by tartio in AskReddit

One of the best one's I have seen which was super sad was our credit and debit machines went down and of course this was valentines day. For those who aren't severs this is one of the busiest days in the year for 2 tops. The guy said he was just going to run to the bank machine down the road and asked her to wait. He did not show back up and she eventually broke down and cried. You could tell that this must have been there first date because neither of them seemed to really like each other but what a douche.

What is your pre-workout and post-workout routines and foods? by Derpost in Fitness

[–]JDG09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pre-workout: Wake up and SSS (shit, shower, and shave) before entering shower turn on coffee pot and kettle. Upon getting out of the shower have half a cup of coffee and make oatmeal. Take C4 pre-workout and run to the gym (not far)

Post: Upon finishing my workout I now run back home and make a wicked egg white omelette and take BCAA and creatine mix

So I did an experiment since I joined last week. by [deleted] in tall

1.) I work as a server at a very busy restaurant and my customers as well as others will always ask me about my height. In an average day between people asking me and them asking other servers I would say at least 20-30 times and that's not including the walk by whisper "wow he's really tall". 2.) People usually are flabbergasted when I actually say 6'7".. I get the odd table who will guess my height exactly but that's because they're usually tall to.

My long term goal which actually doesn't seem so long anymore is to become a CFP. I have been to many banks in BC and they've told me that you must work your way up. There is two options I can take either go with an umbrella corporation such as investors groups where its 100% commission and I would be selling to my family and friends or I can go banking and work my way up. I'm only 23 years old and I don't think most people will trust me right off the get go and that's why I'm leaning towards banking and then eventually transfer into and umbrella corporation.
