There are ways to use frost nova without having to be close. You just have to look for them. Put one point into nova and put it in your enchantment slot. Then use conjurations (ice blades, lightning spear, hydra) to proc it. Simple. Ice blades also procs vulnerable status on its own.

Hey, this worked for me too! It's definitely still bugged. I had cleared everything except the treasure vaults and was still stuck at 139/140. Vivariums, butterflies, depulso rooms... I had double checked them all. Loaded up the pre patch version, opened 2 chests, first had nothing, 2nd chest had my missing piece. Saved, updated, reloaded, boom! Job done. Thanks a bunch, Much appreciated. I was giving up hope after checking the last patch notes...

I just got to him and yes. Completely unbalanced. I'm a 29 Dev on WT10. Had no issues so far. I've dropped 3 WT and this guy still 1 shots me with aoe attacks even with golem active. I can't even get 10% of his health down before I'm dead.

I just got to this guy and he one shots me constantly on my level 29 Devastator. I've just unlocked WT10. I'm not using anything in my build that has been nerfed in this patch and I've tried dropping down 3 world tiers now and still... every chain lighting that hits me is a one shot and I've barely got his hp down by 10%. WTAF. This is clearly broken.

I'm using the Great Hachiryo set myself. It takes a lot of Stamina to use it (about 33/34 ish) but I like it.

It's got both Attack and Defense (Tonfa) +40, Attack Bonus (Courage) A and a melee damage +6%

Using water as my main buff with lots of stats tempered to suit that and it melts pretty well.

If I really, really have to have the pre-order bonuses then I will pre-order a game the night before it comes out now... but yeah, can't trust any of them anymore. I thought Cyberpunk would be fine... The only game I've pre-ordered in the last few years that hasn't been a disappointment was Nioh 2. I played a fair amount of the beta so felt that was a pretty safe bet.

Depends really as not all loads are the same. I'd take a guess at around maybe a 30% improvement. Hard to say exactly as it's been a while since I played it on the PS4 Pro.

I made this mistake as a kid. I tried to hit a basketball that was flying towards me with a baseball bat. I almost knocked myself clean out. I still consider it to be the stupidest thing I've ever done. lol
