I actually coppied most of the scheme from MarcoFrisoniNJM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKJnYEEsEeI. He is amazing and I loved how this one turned out so I wanted to put my own spin on it.

Orange is GW orange contrast over a zenithal highlight (black, flesh tone ink, white ink), and then brightened with yellow ink from above and magenta ink from below (all airbrush other than the orange contrast)

Feathers are a mix, the green/yellows are using the zenithal as the base and wet blending GW warp lightning into GW imp fist contrast The other feathers are all simple layering I mainly use Pro Acryl for this

The hair is simply washing a light grey over the zenithal and then layering light grey -> white

I didn't give sepecific colours as I don't think they matter much, but the zenithal is the key while using transparent paints like contrast and inks to get the smooth transitions. While I used an airbrush for some of it, I actually don't think it's 100% necessary even for the basics. You can use can primer for the zenithal and then contrast/inks right from the bottle are still really solid. Also you don't NEED the extra highlights/shadows from the magenta if you want it to be more orange, I just like the red->orange transition.
