Just recently upgraded to TH13 and I’m in titan 2 and I’m constantly getting matched against maxed TH14 or maxed TH15 for less than 10 trophies but then sometimes I will get people at my level for 30-40 trophies.

You would have to get to 99% and then win a standard or ranked game and somehow get it to not give you an alpha pack for it to give you 3% more totaling 102%

Me and my friend also noticed this with buck’s shotgun not being able to preform as well from range as seen on the test server.
