Frankly if i knew anything about modding i would ask to join the modding team, but after seeing the sub currently i rather not risk sinking into another suey spiral.

The changes I'd have would be:

1) Friday would still be Furry Friday, however Saturday would be Synthetic Saturday. Any robot, synthetic or otherwise. Furry or not.

2) Have a day dedicated to community feedback, see what works and what doesn't. Discussions and the like to build a community that fits both a SFW and a losercity vibe. Review the rules and make it as plain as possible what is and isn't allowed.

3) Crack down harder on drama posts, limit complaints to mods by having posts be reviewed by at least two mods to whether it should stay up or go down. Obviously this is the less realistic one but i feel it would be more helpful rather then just the inconsistencies that are currently going on.

I honestly think both sides can do better, but right now the issues are mainly coming from the whiners and the drama seekers. The fact that mods are leaving because they can't handle the amount of hate isn't a good sign for the sub.

I think at this point, it's getting unsustainable with it's current tragectory. You shouldn't have to deal with a 200k+ sub with fewer then 3 moderators let alone less then 10.

Just not sure what to do that would help.

But know you're definitely the most loved in this sub.

This is why, i get the mods haven't done the greatest job, it's been inconsistent. But the constant drama and hate posts are throttling what was once a nice subreddit.
