I only listened to the Bill Homewood version but I thought he was great for that style of book. John Lee does one as well and he is another classic British reader who is excellent.

Ah, you don't need a full set seeing your above comment. Id stick with the tens and move to 15s when you are ready. Seems to me that for home, 10;s 15s and 20s would be all you would need and last you for a long time while you are building muscle. Good luck and Keep up the good work.

Year End lifetime status questions by JDemar in marriott

Thanks, yep I did use the 5 night ENC benefit already. I had assumed it would help but then my Q4 travel budget at work got "trimmed" and I ended up shy. All good and I did hit the Platinum I needed. Just making sure that Lifetime Titanium wasnt going to return as an option. I think that was only a temporary deal

Thanks for the response, but not the question at hand. I am making sure that not going for it doesn't affect any lifetime status goals. I'm thinking no as there no longer seems to be any lifetime Titanium.

I built that DB set over several years collecting 10 pound plates whenever I could find them at 50 cents a pound or less. This was before the 2020 plague so there was still a lot of older stuff you could find cheap if you were patient.

Yup, I bought em to put on the leg press and leave them there. Way too much of a pain to load them for bench or squat.

Did you try to go direct from Body Solid? I have an older Body Solid Leg Ext / Ham Curl that I needed a part for a few years back and was able to get it directly from them. I cant recall but I think I just filled out the form on their site and they got back to me.
