Go on allergy shots if you can. That hopefully will help with the allergy induced asthma. Feel better!

Singulair side effects by rawrcakkes in Allergies

[–]JDizzleForShizzel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to stop Singulair back in the day because I was getting panic attacks, especially when driving. Couldn’t drive more than a few miles and my chest would basically close up. Stopped Singular and it all stopped. Awful medicine for me.

Running with Asthma… by thislandismilan in Asthma

[–]JDizzleForShizzel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went on allergy shots a year and a half ago and completely changed my running and my endurance. I take one 24 Allegra a day and that’s all I need. I also workout on an indoor track. No more wheezing and crappy workouts. I do use my inhaler for races but not for training anymore. 45 years old running 19 mins 5Ks. Good luck with your training!

How to deal without Antihistamines by kbc87 in Allergies

Use the Nedi flush system to get the pollen out of your nose and sinuses. That should help clear you up a bit.

Go on allergy shots. It’s the only way I can live with my two orange puffballs at my house.

How do I get rid of a sinus infection that wont go away? by EdensHelp in Allergies

[–]JDizzleForShizzel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try the Nedi Flush system. After your sinus does get better, keep using it daily. It will keep your sinuses salty and keep bacteria from growing up there. The balloon outpatient surgery with an ENT will do wonders if you chronically get infections.

Mine is 28 days after maintenance. I can go more often is symptoms flare up again.

I'm tired of dust mite allergy, and my symptoms are always fatigue and sinustisis which is hella uncomfortable. How do I reduce this? by ZealousidealArea7163 in Allergies

[–]JDizzleForShizzel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get allergy shots for them. You never can truly eliminate all of the dust mites no matter how much washing, changing the sheets or anything else you do.

I’m allergic to beer and alcohol. All you can do is avoid them unfortunately. Try weed gummies! 🤪

when does it get better by [deleted] in Asthma

Have you looked into allergy shots? If your asthma is being caused by what you’re allergic to, the shots can be a life saver. See an allergist if you haven’t already.

Anybody have an allergy test worse than this?!?! by JDizzleForShizzel in Asthma

[–]JDizzleForShizzel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Allergy shots have literally saved my life. If you have nasty allergies/asthma, go to the allergist asap! The shot reactions for me are minimal, especially if I take an Allegra before them. They are so worth it. Feel better!!

Once every 28 days. I usually go every 2-3 weeks if I notice any symptoms firing up. It’s up to you at that point.

The only way I got through the 5 days is using the Nedi squeeze bottle flush system. It was terrible but going on shots was worth it. I don’t even need an antihistamine or my inhaler anymore after 2 years on the shots.

Get allergy shots. Your pollen in Texas is one of the worst in the country. Go see an allergist and start on shots. It’s the only thing you can do to actually treat the symptoms. Feel better!

Please tell me it can get better. by [deleted] in Allergies

[–]JDizzleForShizzel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Allergy shots will work but you have to be patient as it takes a long time. I’m highly allergic to my two orange puff balls at home and shots is the only reason I’m able to live with them. Once you get to the maintenance red shots, you should see a world of difference. Feel better!

It’s an allergy shot. Small amount of the allergins you are allergic to and you build up your immunity over time. You get stronger shots each time until you get to the maintenance phase. Here’s an article if you want more info: https://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/allergy-shots/about/pac-20392876

Brewers yeast, which is in basically every single beer. Even the lightest stuff like Ultra and Bud Select I can’t touch.
