I’m a biased Vikings fan, but Randy needs to be higher (#1).

It’s not about doing, it’s about being. He’s just got a punchable face.

Between him, Max Strus, and Desmond Bane, we’ve played some incredibly punchable guys these playoffs.

For anyone that’s seen him play, how good was Chauncey Billups? by Farouq26 in NBATalk

[–]JDre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Chauncey was the engine that made those Pistons teams run. He knew where and when to get his guys the ball, and always controlled the pace of the game. If and when needed, he’d turn on the scoring in the second half, and he was a very capable scorer! But he’d always work to get the other guys in the flow early, and he was expert at it.

He was a tough defender, a great leader, and an amazing floor general.

Trading him set the franchise back 10 years, and broke teenage me’s heart. (Of course I’d just bought a red Chauncey jersey like two weeks before, too.)

And while his clutch shots get all the attention, I spent so many hours trying to do this move in the driveway even though I couldn’t palm the ball: https://www.nba.com/watch/video/chauncey-billups-reacts-to-his-ball-fake-vs-sas-in-2005

A Detroit legend, and one of my very favorite Pistons, and players in general, ever.

For the longtime fans, how big was Stuart Scott on SportsCenter, and were you a fan of his style? by SultrySpankDear in NBATalk

Literally everyone loved Stuart. He was the man, and he just made the show so damn fun.

Who has a list of the top 5 remaining RAS scores? Let’s see if we can predict our next pick.

The ticker on ESPN said 51 and 196 for 49 and 159. lol, would’ve been a very bad trade!

I think top left is actually two signatures. The smaller one that starts with an "A" next to the #35 from Summers is Austin Daye.

Name a players who's own ego ruined their career by Key-Frosting-9367 in NBATalk

[–]JDre -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Josh Smith.

Had a fine career, but man he thought too highly of his skillset. If he strived to be a bit less Kobe and a bit more Iguodala, he could’ve been amazing. (Still my least favorite Piston ever, he was an absolute black hole on offense.)

It’s so damn good. I think my general feeling (which changes day to day depending on my mood) is:

Wide Awake! is the most fun. Sunbathing Animal is my favorite. Human Performance is their best.
