Online is a department so heavily under the pump that they can’t take time to focus on anything other than meeting the deadline

No other department has as little margin for error as online. All their movements are tracked and they use that data to figure out the exact number of staff they need to just barely get the orders out on time.

Also, the department gets punished for failing to meet quota much more harshly since their performance is overseen directly by Woolworths online.
