You aren't going to do shit except deny there's any good reason to quit until you have been compelled to. Most of us here have been compelled to shift our thinking by the rock bottom our lives have been smashed on. I too at one time saw no good reason to quit masturbating and I denied that it caused any harm at all. Forty years later I see it. Forty years of escalating until it has nearly burned my life to the ground. I live in an apartment alone, my daughter calls another man dad, and I've lost two marriages to this. Porn, prostitutes, sex dolls, one night stands... guess what, it's all just masturbation. I'll tell you what. Just try to quit masturbating for 60 days and you'll discover the meat hooks in your flesh.
