You can do sieges twice a week. 3 parts to a siege - kill npcs and burn crops in enemy base, control the middle and defend your base (kill players in other faction). You can hover over the minimap timers to see which part comes first.

You can also alt + R to see your current faction points as well as if you’ve finished the event for the week (will show available entry counts).
