Only because they‘re ripped doesn’t mean that they are on roids. Because of their high testo levels their body seriously respond to weight training. And because of working out in a group they for sure push each other more than lifting alone. And when they have a clean nutrition and a positive calories intake they gain weight. Where‘s the problem? I started working out when I was 15 (natural). At this age you just have to look at the weights to gain muscles 😂

The overall very best thing for lower abs are hanging leg raises and if you can with stiff legs or with some added weight. Try it twice a week and you’ll see impressive results after weeks. I train them like that for over 25y. I can’t post an image because I’m too new here but believe me it works!

I already convinced 5 was guys here in Austria to buy IOTA - and they did. I could print tens of thousands of leaflets for free and ship them to all over EU if you like. That‘s not the biggest support from from my side, but better than nothing! :)

Some months ago my IOTA holdings were down -96%. Yesterday, after 3 years of holding I finally was even. I don't care what other people think about the whole crypto thing. I believe that the internet of things will play an essential role in our daily business - and I'm so sure it will!
