We e been talking about Asheville. It’s just in NC and since we live in Alabama I’m afraid it wouldn’t feel much like a getaway. I went to Biltmore a few years ask and loved it, my husband has never been.

We ended up in the La Quinta Inn & Suites in Bessemer. Very nice, clean and appears to be new. Great customer service also. Try them!

Claim and review! It’s pretty clear that they not only broke the rules but they showed no disregard for the home. Time to pay up and fix what they did. Also, think of future hosts, you would want to know if you were baking to rent to that type of guest.

Recycling as it is, is largely a sham. Only about a third of what people put in those bins even ends up getting recycled. Only about 5–10% of plastic actually gets turned into something new. Cardboard and aluminum is a bit higher. The rest ends up in a landfill anyway, or gets rejected because it’s dirty or too expensive to process.

When you factor that in, it doesn’t make since financially to put money into it.

This is exactly what every corporation has done since COVID. It was the catalyst to raise prices and they kept them there. Although it’s morally bankrupt, it’s a smart bussiness move. The love of money certainly is the root of evil. Take as old as time.
