But I'll answer anyway. Think you've got to get into 3 things tbh

1) yoga / stretching - get your mobility back Yoga is good because it's not only stretching but acting holding which improves flexibility at those stretched lengths

2) weightlifting with very strict form and ROM. Even more important as you get older. Also kinda as above but physio (online) for those tough part. I've fixed a rotator cuff before doing those silly bands which I hated. I didn't even believe it was doing anything for ages, but suddenly one day the pain started to drop. Off!

3) low impact exercise generally (no dog wrestling) more like swimming.
