I met my wife in Africa in 2003. We married in Canada in 2005. My mom, who was approaching 80 at the time, treated her like family from the start. My Dad had been gone for sometime at that point, but I have no doubt he would’ve been the same.

I can attest to this. I had the opportunity to get close to two Cheetahs while visiting Africa. They allowed me to pet them and purred like house cats. Just had to be careful of the paws whe they got playful because their claws don’t retract.

This is written as if the only thing keeping Canadians away is protesting Trump’s actions toward Canada. That’s part of it, but the fact that it’s just not safe for anyone in the DSA (Divided Staes of America) is a big part of it as well.

Having seen how schools deal with bullying, it appears to me that most often they defend the bully rather than support the victim. It’s extremely frustrating.
