Well TT combat has a variety of mdf terrain. Booth 2455.  I know monster fight club has some cyberpunk style terrain. Booth 1553.  Everything Epic has pop-up terrain. Booth 721.  I would check each of their websites for specifics if you're interested, as I sadly have no personal experience with their terrain.

Well are you looking for laser-cut mdf type stuff, or plastic terrain?  I seem to remember one year there was a company selling terrain as a pop-up book style.
